Terrace Apartment
Two flats joined into one, with a kitchen that finally faces the sea.
About this project
Two 1970s flats, one wall between them, and a view nobody could see from the kitchen. We moved the kitchen to the western face and put the utility where the second entrance used to be.
The palette is deliberately quiet: chalk walls, a single run of fluted teak, and terrazzo with a warm grey base that picks up the floor of the old building lobby.
